CRYSTAL VISION APPOINTS NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER
Matthew Carter was appointed as our new Customer Support Engineer in August.
Matthew has previously worked with people all over the world in his customer support roles. He was Head of IT and Communications for conference and events organiser Team Events Ltd., which included providing and supporting temporary event networks throughout Europe and the Middle East . Most recently Matthew lived in New Zealand in a customer-facing technical support role for Internet provider Inspire Net.
Matthew believes that being able to think clearly under pressure and good team-working will be vital to his new role. "Working at Crystal Vision will be a great opportunity to learn something new and will challenge me on a daily basis. I'm looking forward to developing my own personal knowledge and to working alongside some great people!"
Managing Director Philip Scofield explained his selection of Matthew. "Crystal Vision's products are increasingly becoming more IT based - with Statesman, SNMP and the automation control of MultiLogo and Clip N Key. This makes Matthew's extensive IT technical help desk experience incredibly valuable."
It hasn't taken Matthew long to get to grips with Crystal Vision equipment. One of his first tasks has been to help Head of Customer and Sales Support Andrew King to wire the IBC stand. |
